FC Honka is a Finnish football club, based in Tapiola, Espoo. It was promoted into the Finnish premier division (Veikkausliiga), for the first time in it's history, at the end of the 2005 season. The club's manager is Mika Lehkosuo, and it plays its home matches at Tapiolan urheilupuisto.

Originally founded in 1953 as Tapion Honka it changed it's name to FC Honka in 1975. FC Honka is largely renowned in Finland for it's extensive youth scheme with over 1000 youth players playing in various age groups.

Until the year 2005 FC Honka's first team was thought of as a "nearly, but not quite" team, always underachieving in the Finnish First Division (Ykkonen). In the late nineties the objective was promotion but season after season they failed. In the beginning of the 21st century FC Honka almost went bankrupt but was saved at the last moment. In the beginning of 2005 the club was taken over by two men, Jouko Pakarinen and Jouko Harjunpaa, who had a plan to turn FC Honka from underachievers to a UEFA Champions League candidate.

In the first year of their take-over of FC Honka, the "Jokkes" managed to assemble a squad which won the First Division (Ykkonen) with ease and also made the semi-finals of the Finnish Cup where they eventually lost 1-0 to FC Haka.

FC Honka men's team and Mandatum Academy are owned by Pallohonka Ltd. FC Honka ladies team and junior team are part of FC Honka ry.
","3FC9B61F2E659497C9CEBAE42D62ADEB":"Finland","A71E2A228B763CFB":"Espoo","892B81E13FEE84C5":"honka@esport.fi","34A0AE9CBA0644B6":"http://fchonka.fi/","A2993BAC4D9D88EC":"","41780118C08E58E3":"http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Tapiolan+Urheilupuisto+finland&sll=61.274472,24.020108&sspn=0.01188,0.036907&g=Kirjaskatu+1,+37600+Valkeakoski&ie=UTF8&ll=60.177294,24.782485&spn=0.003073,0.01133&t=h&z=17","D769ED524110EC21":"Vesa Vasara","03A7D9C89753B0D1380A64764519199FB9772FF9B422CB1E":"1","3D3B712BD7BB3346233C27994E5E2815":"1976-8-16","03A7D9C89753B0D1D7F7ED990952C548":"2750000.00","37FE64B882E92ECB":"FC Honka","0EB6A015033C3CEC56DA30D47F1CA55E":"","23A207CDBA5674BBB1C9F6E64605564A":"Vesa Vasara","56D1193A280251FE":"FC Honka","8165D0EC38D769BD27A209A15276D0CF":"","4852A99C0B1E8B281F768BF6F7769914":"","341115063FD1CD8D":"7327","84FBAAA541406939DA36722337FBDFD18D691C310C47982D":"1957
;
